Fees
Southpoint Surgery Center must collect fees for all procedures performed. The fees cover the cost of pre-operative evaluation, nursing personnel, medications, supplies and the use of the operating and recovery rooms.
You will receive a separate bill from your surgeon and anesthesiologist and other professional services you receive at Southpoint Surgery Center.
Medical Insurance
Southpoint Surgery Center accepts assignment with Medicare and participates with most insurance carriers. If you have questions about your particular insurance or co-insurance, please contact us at 904-239-5297.
All monies owed are expected to be paid on the day of (prior to) surgery unless specific arrangements are made in advance with our business office manager.
Please bring all insurance cards and your government issued ID on the day of surgery. Failure to do so may cause postponement of your surgery.
Mastercard, Visa, American Express, checks, cash and Care Credit are accepted at Southpoint Surgery Center.
