Southpoint Surgery Center charges facility fees for each surgical procedure performed by your surgeon. This fee includes the cost of pre-operative evaluation, nursing personnel, medications, supplies and he use of the operating and recovery rooms.

You will receive a separate bill from your surgeon and anesthesiologist (if one is needed for your procedure) and other professional services you receive at Southpoint Surgery Center, such as pathology and possibly radiology.

Medical Insurance

Southpoint Surgery Center accepts assignment with Medicare and participates with most insurance carriers. If you have questions about your particular insurance or co-insurance, please contact us at 904-239-5297.

All co-pays and deductibles are expected to be paid in full on your surgery date. Uninsured and/or self-pay patients will be required to pay for services on the day of surgery.

Please bring all insurance and ID information on the day of surgery.

Mastercard, Visa, American Express, checks, cash and Care Credit are accepted at Southpoint Surgery Center.
